We had an incredible morning at Governors State University for the Jaguar 5K Run/Walk & Roll! 💛 From the starting line energy to the laughter and smiles at the finish, this event reminded me of what community spirit truly looks like.

It was amazing seeing familiar faces—all coming together for fitness, friendship, and fun! A huge shoutout to GSU for hosting such an inspiring day filled with local pride, great music, and fall sunshine.

S2 Grills Brings Flavor, Culture, and Community to Richton Park

The South Suburbs just got a little tastier! S2 Grills, the newest addition to Richton Park’s dining scene, officially opened its doors at 4030 Sauk Trail Road with a vibrant ribbon-cutting ceremony that drew residents, local leaders, and food lovers from across the region.

Founded by husband-and-wife duo Andre and Suheir Williams, S2 Express Grill was built on a shared vision: bringing gourmet-quality food to the neighborhoods they call home. “You shouldn’t have to drive downtown to enjoy a great lamb chop or surf-and-turf dinner,” Andre said during the grand opening. That simple idea — “food that’s good to the neighborhood” — is what inspired the couple to expand their restaurant concept to Richton Park.
